Although we want you to enjoy your special day or evening out, there are a few rules and regulations we must inform you about.  Adhering to these policies will allow you to enjoy your rental and make it a memorable experience.

The rental client shall assume responsibility for any guests or passengers invited by them.  The rental client shall also assume financial responsibility for any damage done to the interior, exterior or equipment of the vehicle whether by accident, neglect or intent.  This is including but not limited to: food and beverage spills ($75.00 clean up fee), vomiting ($250.00 clean up fee and possible termination of charter), breaking or theft of glassware ($7.50 per glass), breaking of light, televisions, DVD, CD player or radio.  Repairing and replacement of damaged or broken items shall have a minimum charge of $ 200.00 plus any downtime associated with it.  Any items not mentioned above will be professionally estimated before repairs are made.  Having said all of the above, if all passengers behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner none of the above should be a problem.

            Lifestyle Limousines reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate the contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger or guest.  In the event of an early termination, no portion of the rental fee shall be refunded.  The driver may terminate the charter at any time if he/she deems the party unruly or in any way endangering the safe operation of the vehicle.  You are more than welcome to bring any personal CD’s or DVD’s or other personal items but we cannot take responsibility for any items left in the vehicle during or after the completion of the rental period.

            All charters must be booked and paid for by a consenting adult above the age of 21.  All vehicles are subject to availability at the time of booking and rates are subject to change without notice. 

PLEASE NOTE:  The following are strictly prohibited and any violation thereof is subject to immediate termination of our service without a refund.

1. No smoking or use of any tobacco product in any matter is allowed. We would be more than happy to pull over and stop for anyone wishing to use these products.
2. Consuming any type of illegal drug is prohibited.
3. Having intimate relations in our vehicles is prohibited.
4. Hanging any portion of the body outside the vehicle is prohibited.
5. Vandalizing, damaging, staining or breaking any part of the vehicle is prohibited and will result in additional costs.
6. No under age drinking of alcohol is permitted.

PROMS AND UNDERAGE EVENTS For parents and guardians renting services for minors please note:

      To help insure your teen’s prom night or special event is both safe and enjoyable please review these items with your son/daughter.  Our policies regarding drugs and alcohol comply with the applicable laws in the sate of Tennessee. 

            All pickup and drop off locations must be predetermined and/or approved by the parent or guardian executing this agreement.  Your chauffer will be instructed to obtain permission of a parent or legal guardian in the event of any changes to the itinerary.  A contact phone number for each passenger’s parent or guardian must be provided to your chauffer on or prior to the date of service in the event of any questions or emergency.
